Digital Marketing- Market Lead
Key responsibilities:
• Work as the 'face' to the local market brand managers for a Digital Marketing service (that includes Email and digital display ad campaign management; SEO and SEM optimization; Analytics in web, CRM, leads) delivered from nearshore (Europe) and offshore (India), with strategic direction coming from head office in Italy.
• Execute and deliver the clients digital/online marketing strategy and planning to include online, new media, SEO to drive the business forward through key marketing channels.
• Administration of online branding, communications and campaigns through consumer websites, search engine optimization, search marketing, and email marketing.
• Liaise with the brand team to ensure campaign materials are aligned to overall collateral, prospectuses and identity guidelines.
• Manage content planning and publishing across all owned digital media including consumer websites, email marketing, digital Ad's.
• Work with internal teams and external vendors to improve the design, usability, content and conversion points of the consumer websites.
• Work with offshore team to coordinate campaign activity and administer the Marketing Automation Software working with the marketing managers and sales teams to coordinate and implement lead engagement and lead nurturing email campaigns.
• Deliver frequent optimization and monthly reporting of results against metrics, including use of web analysis tools such as Google Analytics, email data reports.
• Present convincing arguments for recommendations to the client and 3rd parties while maintaining successful working relationships.
Qualifications
• BA/BS or Master degree (ideally Marketing, Digital / Computer Science, or Business related).
• At least 2-4 years of experience working as a digital project manager for an agency or large sized business.
• Proficiency in SEO/SEM, analytics, campaign management and eCRM with focus on lead generation and conversion to sales.
• Excellent client management skills, with the ability to work in a fast paced environment, managing stakeholders onshore and offshore.
• Excellent spoken and written language skills in English (mandatory) and French OR Dutch OR Danish (very much preferred).
• Understanding of:
o Google Analytics/Adwords , Marketing Campaign automation tools - Eloqua, Marketo etc.
o Multivariate testing tools and techniques e.g. Adobe Test&Target, Optimizely etc.
o CRM tools - exacttarget, responsys etc.
o Web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Urchin, Webtrends, Ominiture)
o Digital Content Management Systems
• Use of: Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Availability for extensive travels
